Or if you have a PRO services company in Dubai, then being a CEO, you will also have to face several kinds of challenges. Though, there are so many advantages of being a PRO, you will have a promising and a stable job, you will have a good salary and you will build some strong relations but no matter how wonderful it sounds, it is not a perfect job and it comes with the following difficulties. The first challenge is that if you are stuck in a single legality, it will take days and sometimes weeks to come up with a solution.

If you are a hired by a private company and they have messed things up, it will be your job to come up with a solution and a kind of solution that government agrees to and that is beneficial for the company as well. That is why PROs are paid this much high. The second issue you will be facing is that sometimes the government never agrees to any terms and conditions and the company backlashes on you and that can be very much stressful at times. This means that there is no guarantee of success no matter how much you work or no matter how much resources you put in.

The third issue is that there will be times when you have to pull strings and because of this you may lose some very good connections and that is done in order to pile up the mess of the company that they have made. And if the company is huge, this will mean that you will have to take your work home and even stay active on the holidays.
